Poster preparation instructions:

Posters will be mounted on partitions that are 4 feet tall by 8 feet wide.  The poster can be a maximum size of 46.8 inches (1189 mm) tall/vertical by 94 inches (2387.6 mm) wide/horizontal (though most will not use the full space for the poster).  ICTIR will provide supplies for mounting your poster. The posters can be set up after 10:30 a.m. on Monday, September 28, 2015. Posters need to be removed by 2 p.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 2015.

Paper presentation instructions

Each paper presentation timeslot is 30 minutes including time for questions (preparing a 25-minute talk is suggested).

Paper formatting instructions

The deadline to submit the final version of accepted papers was August 9th. 

Full Papers = 10 Page Limit

Short Papers = 4 Page Limit
